Is this a role with your name on it?

In your role as Junior Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will sell our products for the plastics processing industry and be responsible for lead generation.

You work closely with the Marketing and Application & Services teams. On the one hand, you build up our sales pipeline, which enables the rapid growth of sensXPERT, but on the other hand, you also make a major contribution to the further development of our solution:

New day…new challenge (all the great stuff you’ll get to do day-to-day)

  • Implement lead generation strategies in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing team
  • Operational development of a defined customer base in the plastics processing industry by converting prospects into leads
  • Independent sales activities in the context of the product presentation sensXPERT Digital Mold at customers in the (inter)national environment
  • Commercial-technical consulting and support of the customers from the appointment making, the product presentation to the follow-up communication
  • Regular reporting to the management team based on relevant KPIs
  • Regularly analyzing customer needs, challenges, competitive activities and sharing insights from customer interactions with the R&D team to further improve our products and services
  • Actively participate in trade shows and sales events

Essential qualifications

  • Completed university studies in the field of plastics technology, process engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field of specialization
  • Ideally, you’ve got first professional experience in a comparable position in sales, ideally in the sale of complex solutions (software/hardware) or in a comparable field of activity is desirable
  • You’re an active listener who acts proactively and inspires confidence and enthusiasm in potential customers with his creative, energetic and positive manner
  • Team player who communicates in a self-confident, clear and transparent manner and possesses excellent negotiating skills
  • Organizational talent with the ability to complete tasks conscientiously and on time
  • Independent and results-oriented work style with a high level of customer orientation and a “hands-on mentality
  • Excellent English and German communication skills a must (French or Spanish is a definite plus)
